Our primary service offerings are technical consulting and technical training. We are in two businesses: staff augmentation services, and "developers only" technical training that is focused, intense… and extremely effective.

Our consulting operation has very strong expertise in software development using the Microsoft platform: always the most current edition of the .NET Framework, VB.NET, C#.NET and Active Server pages and SQLServer.

We teach all of our courses in a recurring schedule of open enrollment training. We started life as a training organization, delivering training nationwide. Training remains about 20% of our business. Since 1993, our training programs have been (and continue to be) utilized by world-class IT organizations such as Fidelity Investments, Merrill Lynch, Aetna, and hundreds of smaller organizations.

We are very focused on quality of service. We believe that clients are paying us to solve problems. We know that eventually, paying customers will punish any service provider that does not focus on quality, service, and solutions. We do best when our clients compare us to other service providers, especially agencies and so-called 'body shops'. We have found that in many cases independent contractors can cause big problems for customers. Accordingly, all of our people are fulltime with the NewTech and we never employ 3rd party contractors. Instead, we carefully invest over $15,000 per NewTecher in books, training and ongoing professional development. All of this is done to ensure that the services we provide to clients are of the highest possible quality relative to alternative sources.
