The Lake House

The Lake House features cable TV and internet access ( a "must-have" for developers on the road !!) and the home is a short drive from NewTech’s classrooms. It features fifty-five feet of frontage on crystal-clear Lake Quonnipaug in Guilford Ct. This home has 1500 square feet with a lake-facing living room and two private bedrooms, and two baths. It can sleep 4 students using the 2 bedrooms, living room and family room, so each student can have a semi-private sleeping room. If you send just 2 students, each student gets a totally private bedroom.

Staying at the LakeHouse is a 100% New England experience. All rooms feature panoramic views of the mile-long lake. A private dock with boats and kayaks are available during your entire stay at the LakeHouse. The LakeHouse is off of CT Route 77, which is designated a Scenic Route by the State of Connecticut.

The home has two living areas. Upstairs, the main floor has 2 private bedrooms for accommodating 1 or 2 people from the same company.

Downstairs, a spacious and private 1-bedroom suite with its own private entrance is perfect for your 3rd student attending NewTech training. It's a 400-square foot combination bedroom and living area with a large desk. The room features cable TV, internet access and 2 large picture windows overlooking the lake.

The North Haven Holiday Inn

We use the North Haven Holiday Inn only when the LakeHouse is full. Both the Lake House and the Holiday Inn are convenient to New Haven, Connecticut. The city of New Haven is home to Yale University and a thriving nightlife. You’ll want to check out New Haven at night.

Lodging Offer Limitations:

For 2 or more students coming in from the same out-of-state company, NewTech will pay lodging charges only (no incidentals) for students paying our published open enrollment pricing for class attendance in North Haven CT only.

NewTech pays for your lodging when you send 2 or more students on the same invoice.

We will cover the night of lodging before each NewTech class day- one night of lodging for each day of training in a class.
