October 6 2008:

November 03 2008

The Nokia Test: How To Do Scrum Right. If you pass the NOKIA TEST, you can take a stab at advanced uses of Scrum, such as multilple related projects, working 2 teams from the same backlog, etc. But here is a problem: only 7% of all Scrum implementations can pass this BASIC test. This session looks at how and why, demystifies the test, and discusses why so few can pass.

December 1 2008

From Beginner to Advanced: This meeting has something for everyone, from beginner to advanced.

Part 01: Traps for the Beginner: How to get a Scrum implementation done right the first time out. What to watch for, likely failure points, and how to estimate likely velocity.

Part 02: Advanced Techniques. How to run multiple teams working from the same backlog. How to run multiple teams working on related projects.

2009: Stay tuned !
